Ha! Well... while I find history fascinating now, I was NOT a history student back in school. I flunked American History in 10th grade and had to repeat it in 11th grade (at a different school.... got a B).

Until now, I never heard of the "Donner Party." But now I get the "picnic" irony.

Funny. Getting my CCP in GA was the same. People lined up to get marriage licenses. Some of them in their wedding garb. I guess they didnt plan ahead.
