Yes good idea but I can’t really buy a new frameyou know Californias new law
It was a drill master
Oh yea but no luck here no connection I’m Arizona sadlyOh crap... California?!? Hmmmm. Move to Arizona? That... or buy a serialized frame, which will also be finished for you.... just add parts.
Out of stock here for the moment: Polymer80 - PFSC9 Serialized Sub Compact Pistol Frame
This is how it should look.Thank you i really need this frame to work because I I live in California so I can’t really order a new frame
You can rebuild the pillars with JB weld. The front pin is 2mm so I don't trust it. Get some 2 part JB Weld and a toothpick and look at a pic of how it should look. I will send you one in a few minutes in a post.
I used the smaller one they had but I guess I didn’t realize I went beyond the uOK... so a Dremel-like tool. What did you use as a bit to remove the plastic block? Was the bit too big? Or did you just not realize you went beyond the "U" outline?
Yes, but NO power tools for you. Get a fine cut round file about 1/2 the size of the channel to work the channel with. Also 120 and 220 sandpaper.Cool! There's hope for this one?
Ok will do I will message you privately when I get all the itemsYes, but NO power tools for you. Get a fine cut round file about 1/2 the size of the channel to work the channel with. Also 120 and 220 sandpaper.
Get the JB Weld with the two tubes red and black.
Don't try anything else!
Call me back when you have that stuff in a private message.

OK... cool. But, when you're done, I think we'd all like to see how it works out.Fine, but I need no interupptions as I guide him through it.
Will do I just don’t have the barrel till Monday because it got delayedOK... cool. But, when you're done, I think we'd all like to see how it works out.
I took out all the parts on the frame so it could be exact but around what size should the fine cut round file be?Fine, but I need no interupptions as I guide him through it.

Ok thank you for all the help you provideYou've got a long way to go before you need the barrel. The frame needs a lot of work, first.
After function testing, please spend some time making sure it's a safe build with proper safety testing.... all of which needs to be done with snap caps. No live ammo touches the build until you are at the range and the muzzle is pointed down-range.
Like I said diameter @1/2 of the channel diameter. Length about 6 or 8 inches.I took out all the parts on the frame so it could be exact but around what size should the fine cut round file be?
Ok thank you for all the help you provide
Suggesting a resident of CA purchase an 80% in AZ is ticket straight to jail. @DanielL12367477 or anyone else in states banning 80%s do not follow this advice. It’s not even a good idea to joke…it’s very serious business in these anti 2A states.Oh crap... California?!? Hmmmm. Move to Arizona?
