What ya listening to?

Oh wow... I didn't know Evanescence was still a band. Maybe got back together?

New song: Not sure how much I like it, yet. But her voice does something for me. Not many women rockers out there. And I'm normally a dyed-in-the-wool classic rock type guy.

I swear it's a miracle the human race has survived as long as it has.
Those that had the ability cull have taken on the responsibility to ensure those that shouldn't reproduce can reproduce.

Modern society has developed a certain tolerance for violent, low IQ people. They have always existed. The difference is in the past they were not allowed to freely walk among us. And there were consequences.

Going to see AC/DC in a couple of weeks.
I am also,, where are you going to see them at? I am going to Nashville on May 20th,,, will be in the PIT at Nissan Stadium.
Taking my 15 year old daughter to see Billy Idol - Joan Jett at the Bridgestone in Nashville on May 17th,,, at this rate I might as well move to Nashville... lol

A friend and I were driving to see The Deer Hunter in a theater in Memphis in 1979. He was a Vietnam vet, and Supertramp's "The Logical Song" came on the radio. When they got to the line "Please tell me who I am" he said "That's what's wrong with this country. No one knows who they are"

What I listened to last night!

i just heard a snippet of a podcast with Obummer and Springsteen again where they were disparaging "white folks" view of the great Clarence Clemons so I decided to listen to this. Reminds me of EVERYONE I met in the Navy. Friends for life, and any one of them could call on me for help today.

Springsteen is such a tool. I was a fan until he decided to be a political commentator. This started a long time ago and has only gotten worse. Like a lot of celebrities, he has deluded himself into thinking he is enlightened and needs to give the world guidance. When you are surrounded by sycophants who are drawn to celebrities, you start thinking everyone in the world considers you a genius. Or a God.

The Boss has a talent for music and entertaining, but he is a savant. In other ways, he's a mental midget.

I didn’t see Mikey (Anthony) in that clip.

Sammy’s voice, since his early Montrose days, has weathered extremely well in contrast to other singers of his genre or the next. Yes, he’d eventually lost some serious range in the last 7-10 years, but for Pete’s sake, he’s well into his 70’s now. Bravo.

There is a bunch of soap opera bs on YT about him ‘Canning’ Jason Bonham, and getting Chad or/and Kenny Aronoff. The simple truth is, Jason had some contractural obligations elsewhere.. no rift, or bs.

JBLZE (Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening) is rocking it hard right now. Chris Daughtry does a slammin job on vocals- the band really does justice to Zep’s recorded music, live. Catch them if you can. And of course, Jason brings it. A BIG chip off that old block.

I never liked DL Roth. Hagar was better. People tell me that’s crazy.

Yeah... these guys are aging well, actually. How cool is Satriani? He's a beast on that guitar.
