What ya listening to?

PS: I prefer not to repurpose a cell phone ...
That's what I use. :) My phone is old enough that it still has an RCA mini-jack. The other end of the cable is regular RCA red and white and plugs in the back of my shop stereos. The phone also has a 128Gb micro SD about 1/2 full of mp3s... :)

PS: and I use the "built-in" Samsung Music app with all updates, etc. turned OFF.

My old buddy wiser and dear old granddad

One of my favorites.

Also one bourbon one scotch one beer
When my ship (aircraft carrier) pulled away from the pier to go out to sea, they played "Bad to the Bone" over the ships "1-MC" (announcement system).

And just for Bongo, Pink Floyd Live - Time
My problem is that a lot of what I listen to has no videos - predating the Buggles "Video Killed the Radio Star"

Pink Floyd concerts were trippy. The lasers, holograms, the huge pig blimp flying around the arena. Way ahead of their time. My earliest memory of Pink Floyd was listening to the Ummagumma album with headphones on. My brother brought back a really nice Sansui amp when he returned from his hitch in Vietnam.

I said "Look man I'm outdoors you know,
Can I stay with you maybe a couple days?"
He said "Uh, let me go and ask my wife"
He come out of the house,
I could see it in his face
I know that was no
He said "I don't know man, ah she kinda funny, you know"
I said "I know, everybody funny, now you funny too"
So I go back home

One of my favorite lines. I have repeated this often when realizing I was being lied to or jerked around.

I had a lot of landlady's. They were never lovey dovey. :)
